The approach

How it works

You bring the knowledge of your field, we bring the process and the building.

  1. Together at the table

    Half a day with your decision maker and the people who know the field. Together we choose who it is for, where they get stuck and which flow we make.

  2. We build

    Then we build a working prototype of that one flow, in your brand, with a note on every screen and the opportunities we saw along the way.

  3. The follow-up

    Half an hour together through the prototype, and what the logical next step is. No quote: you tell us whether you want to go on.

    On every screen why it is the way it is, and the opportunities we came across along the way, in a list.

  • A follow-up call

    Half an hour to walk through the prototype and talk about what would bring the most now.
