We start with a kickoff to understand your goals, users and constraints. Then we work in short iterations: concepts, designs and prototypes that we test with real users as early as we can. Once the direction holds, we build the product itself, front and back end, or alongside your own developers if you have them. Design and build stay in the same hands, so less gets lost in the handover.
That's up to you. What you invest decides how many features we can take on and how far we refine them. Before we start, we estimate how many days it takes to reach your goals, so you know where you stand. As a guide: a design sprint takes four days, and most projects run 4 to 12 weeks.
Yes. You can book a single day for a workshop, an audit or a quick design task.
Both. For design sprints, workshops, research and presentations, we're with you in person. The design and build work itself we do in our own studio: the whole team is at hand, no one loses time traveling and we have everything we need to work fast.
No problem. Book a package of 20 or 40 days and spread it over several months: that works as a retainer, at the lower day rate. Many clients carry on this way with improvements and new features.
If you booked us for a set number of days, our work stops on the last day of the contract. If you booked us per day, we finish the work in progress and send the final invoice. Either way, once everything is paid, we hand over all designs, code and related files to your team.
