Before and after launch, we test with your users and your business whether the product fits its market, and work out what you should improve next.
We test whether your product does what you think it does, before launch, after launch or both. We combine user testing, behavioral data and a market comparison into an assessment of where you stand, and an improvement roadmap ordered by what will make the most difference.
Typically 10–20 days
Frame
We define what would have to be true for this product to be working, and make that measurable.
Gather
User testing, behavioral data and a look at how alternatives solve the same problem.
Assess
Where you stand against the criteria, stated plainly.
Roadmap
Weighed on impact and on how much work it takes. What delivers most for least effort comes first.
Both are useful and they answer different questions. Pre-launch reduces risk; post-launch explains results.
Try writing down in one sentence which problem your product solves and how people manage without it today. If you can, there is enough to validate. If you cannot, start with discovery.
Then we measure how users experience it, with a proven questionnaire that takes a few minutes to fill in. You get a score on clarity and efficiency among others, and a baseline for later.
